I am not in favor of amending the Telemarketing Sales Rule to creat an additional call abandonment safe harbor. Telemarketing Sales are still a problem and this industry should be closed down. I, as an American am entitled to privacy and no interruptions in my own home from advertisments. Please remember, your charter is the protection of the consumer not the corporation.
