I STRONGLY OPPOSE the proposed amendments. My home has been noticeably quieter in the evenings since the Do Not Call list went into effect. I do NOT want any unsoliticted messages, especially prerecorded announcements, regardless of whether they come from a business with whom I have some established relationship. Enough of those solicitations come in the mail. Please do NOT weaken this law.
