Please reconsider your proposed rule change regarding the Do Not Call Registry option. Make the FCC's rules conform with the FTC's rules, thus closing the loophole completely. If we want to receive messages from a company, we will let them know. This is just another way for the telemarketers to get past our expressed wishes, and they will certainly do so. Thank you for your consideration!
