Comments:
I object to the allowance of telemarketing calls delivering pre-recorded messages. I also object to any rules changes that weaken the consumer benefits of the Do Not Call Registry. I should be able to enjoy the telephone services that I pay for without being bombarded with unwanted calls from telemarketers. I object to any provisions that will require consumers to "opt out" of being contacted. If Voice Mail Broadcasting is allowed, over the objections of many consumers, the companies should be required to get permission from consumers beforehand in an "opt in" plan.
