Comments:
I strongly oppose this proposed amendment. There are very few organizations with which I have an 'established business relationship' and from whom I want to receive telephone calls. There are NONE from whom I want to receive a recorded message! I certainly don't want every Tom Dick and Harry from whom I've ever made a purchase of some sort to be able to flood me with recorded telephone solicitations. This amendment will lead to a massive circumvention of the Do Not Call list and will be a large step backwards.
