Comments:
The telemarketers have spent every effort to skirt the Do NoT Call legislation and now with the "Voice Mail Broadcasting Corp" plan to send pre-recorded messages, they want to call people to the phone un-invited to hear a pre-recorded message. These are a lousy intrusion. The politicians exploited this during the last election. Being called to the phone by any telemarketing gimmick raised one's anger. Please do not acquiesce to Voice Broadcasting Corp's petition. What they want is an end run around the Do Not Call Registry which has reduced the unwanted intrusions. Tell them "No" Thank you.
