I absolutely do not want any change to the Do Not Call list that would bring more phone solicitations to my home or business. PRE-RECORDED SALES MESSAGES SHOULD BE TOTALLY OUTLAWED!!! I do not like even the "pre-existing relationship" calls and would like that definition tightened up. Can't these telemarketers process the concept that if someone signs up on the Do Not Call list that they do not want any sales calls? Maybe you could set up an opt-in Disturb My Dinner list to see how many people actually want to hear from these damn telemarketers.
