Dear Sirs: Please do not allow telemarketers to leave recorded messages on phones as a means to bypass the DO NOT CALL rules. If you allow this type of bypass of the rules it will embolden the telemarketers, provide more rights for them than for the citizens who own the telephone numbers they call and violate our rights to be free from these types of intrusive, costly calls. We are the consumers and we should be able to proactively seek out products and services. We should not be bombarded with calls and advertising for products we did not request. Please stop the madness of the telemarketers and their false belief that they have rights that supercede our rights as consumers. It's wrong and they should be stopped.
