I feel very strongly that telemarketing companies should not be allowed to leave a message at my home or cell phone answering service. If I want to do business with a company I will contact them. Currently, as soon as I know it is a telemarketer message on my machine I never listen to it. I automatically delete it. The same thing should apply to voting campaigns. I already know who I will elect for office. I don't want annoying messages left on my machine asking for my vote.
