Comments:
I am opposed to any further weakening of the DNC rule. I believe the pre-existing business relationship rule as currently written gives business plenty of room to market to interested customers. Allowing more prerecorded messages will mean a return to pre-DNC days, only now instead of racing away from the dinner table to talk to a live telemarketer, I will be racing away to talk to a machine. This arguably twice as annoying as it was before. I urge the Commission to stand firm and not adopt this proposed change.
