What is is about the phrase -Do Not Call- that seems so incredibly difficult to understand? -Do Not Call- means I do NOT want to be called by any telemarketer (or any telemarketer's machine) at any time, for any reason. I find it astonishing the the FTC would even consider such a rule change in the wake of the overwhelming demand for and response to a national Do Not Call registry. This is a truely outrageous proposal the needs to be shot down aat the earliest possible opportunity.
