I am opposed to the proposed rulemaking. I will receive more unwanted calls, even if they're from a company I technically have a business relationship with (that's virtually every company I've ever bought something from). Unwanted calls, including pre-recorded calls, disrupt my valuable personal time - they're not like junk mail or e-mail which I can choose to read only when I wish. Calls demand immediate attention. If I really wanted to do business with these companies, I would rather find them myself than receive annoying phone calls.
