Please do not let these telemarketers slip back into my life by allowing increased use of pre-recorded messages under the guise of 'established business relationships' - this is all so bogus - I can't tell you how pleased we've been to have these calls eliminated under the current rules - if you start making rule changes they will whittle away such that, it will soon be back to the annoying way it was before the FTC stepped in and eliminated these totally annoying calls - NO ONE WANTS TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND HAVE SOME STUPID PRE-RECORDED PHONE MESSAGE SELLING YOU SOMETHING
