Comments:
Do NOT allow the use of prerocorded messages and scrap the existing "don't call list" requirements. I have already signed up for the "do not call" and since the law has gone into effect my phone tolerance has really increased. Again, Do NOT allow the telemarketers to disrupt my life again, keep the law as it is now written and don't allow my phone to be flooded with needless calls again.
