So many times each day the phone rings .... perhaps I am expecting a call from my child or a doctor, so I must answer it. Sometimes getting to the phone is difficult, sometimes it wakes me up when I need the sleep. I feel so violated when the caller is a person seeking contributions to some organization, even if I have dontated to them in the past. My anger magnifies when the "caller" is a recorded message. And my anger quadruples when the caller is trying to sell me something. PLEASE protect my privacy in MY OWN HOME! If the solicitors came to my house as they once did, I would have a sign up saying "No Solicitors," but such a sign doesn't work on the phone unless you make it work! Thank you
