I still get those calls - enough so that I don't even answer the phone but screen my calls at certain times of the day - late afternoon and early evening. This is not right, that they can bother me in that way. I have enjoyed increased privacy since the FTC's Do Call List was implemented. I do not want any companies, even those I have a relationship with, to call me at home without my prior, explicit consent to disturb me at home. I strongly object to the proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule.
