Comments:
I strongly oppose the granting or approval of any legislation that would allow telemarketers or any automated voice line to leave pre-recorded messages on my office or personal voice mail, or on my cell phone voice mail. Minutes utilized by such messages are charged to the recipients' mobile phone plan and such charging is neither welcome nor reasonable, including the invasion of privacy or interruption of professional time.
