PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THESE RECORDED MESSAGES. Not only are they an EXTREME annoyance, they are costly to consumers (i.e., voters/constituents!) who, in an effort to control costs on their phone bill, are on a plan with a fixed number of minutes per month. I barely use a phone, yet despite my best efforts, I cannot get it down to even $35/month after junk fees/taxes. Allowing these marketing messages would make it much worse!
