The proposal says: " ...to allow telemarketing calls..." I say no. absolutly no. It is my desire to control the unsolicited calls to my home. This removes a level of control that I belive is appropriate for the consumer to maintain. Another problem is that these recorded calls never allow a method to request you be put on their "no call list". Thank you for your consideration, Stephen Fixx
