Comments:
Allowing telemarketing companies to call our cellular phones to deliver pre-recorded messages is a violation of our privacy. Citizens know how to avail themselves of the services telemarketers offer if they so choose. We do NOT need phone calls trying to sell us such services, neither on our home telephones or on our cellular phones, and should not be subjected to such nuisance calls.
