I do not want to give telemarketers access to my home line for any reason whatsoever. I do not want to receive computerized voice messages. I believe that if I am on the national "no call" list, this means NO TO ANY KIND OF TELEMARKETING CALL -- WHETHER IT IS A LIVE PERSON OR COMPUTERIZED... NO, NO, NO! (note: The only way that I might ever consider accepting a call is if on the spot, before they spoke to me, they would PAY ME for WASTING MY VALUABLE TIME and for the INCONVENIENCE THEY CAUSE a minimum of $10.00 per call -- no questions asked... and I would be guaranteed to have the cash within two weeks -- with no requirement other than taking the call. IF THEY WANT MY TIME, THEY CAN PAY LIKE ANYONE ELSE IN THE BUSINESS WORLD.) So, my opion of any kind of telemarketing is NO.
