Resubmitted due to error message when I Submitted--- I signed up for NO CALLS and I meant it. I do have and use call screening. We pay tax money for Federal employees to protect us from pollution of all types. Pre-recorded phone messages would not serve anyone---if I contact a business to do business I expect a two-way conversation with a human (or I can put up with some menu set-ups), but I do not talk to an unknown listener who does not care that I called. Tell these proponents of pre-recorded nuisance calls to support their local newspapers, radio stations, TV stations and ad sheets--Buy your place in America. Stop sponging.
