Please do not modify the FTC/FCC Do Not Call regulation which would allow for pre-recorded calls to be made by telemarketers as petitioned by Voice Mail Broadcasting. Pre-recorded calls should be treated the same as live telemarketing calls for those who have signed up for the Do Not Call list and not be allowed. Thank you.
