Please do not pass this amendment. I do not want to receive ANY prerecorded messages on my phone. I signed up for the National Do Not Call List for a reason and don't want any more loopholes allowed. It's bad enough that charitable and political organizations are given exemption - I do NOT want any more calls. Recorded messages are even more annoying.
