I object to amending the rules regarding the Do Not Call list. The amendment would allow pre-recorded announcements to be made to a persons house. The major problem with this, is the inability to "disconned" this call. There are times I have gotten a pre-recorded telemarketing call, and could not break the connection in order to make an outgoing call. I have sometimes had to make three or four attempts at regaining dialtone. Please consider this dialtone problem and do not allow telemarketers to make or leave recorded messages to designated Do Not Call phone numbers
