I am vehemently opposed to loosening restrictions on telemarketers. I do NOT want to receive solicitations of any kind--prerecorded or not--as I feel it is an invasion of my privacy. I see no reason for the regulations pertaining to prerecorded telemarketing to be different from the regulations pertaining to human telemarketers.
