Please do not allow the use of pre-recorded messages to be sent to my home. Already, I receive calls from telemarketers that claim my business because I used my credit card with one of their affiliates. This is extremely annoying. I would not want to hear on the telephone about any fantastic sale of anything on a pre-recorded message. I think advertisements in the mail are more than enough notice.
