Whether made manually or electronicly, a phone call is a phone call. Telemarketers are infringing upon my right to privacy, and while I agree they have rights, too, their rights end at my space. They have no right to intrude further. Please do not let them get away with splitting hairs. It was bad enough when the political parties were allowed to use telemarketing technics. Thank you
