I am against any measure which allows more of these annoying calls. They seem to take the term "established business relationship" rather loosely for openers. I really don't ever want to pick up my phone to hear a prerecorded message of someone trying to sell me something or mislead me into believing I've "won" something, etc. It's been my experience that most selling done this way borders on scamming. I've no respect for it and will never buy anything this way.
