The peace I have enjoyed because of this highly successful and welcome law has been wonderful. I cannot fathom why you would even consider allowing prerecorded calls from anyone. They are an annoyance that I do NOT wish to have come back whether I have an established relationship with the company or not. The "established relationship" loophole has already been abused in my opinion and experience. Please do not bow to the Direct Marketing lobbyists at the expense of the American public to whom you owe your primary loyalty.
