Telemarketing calls of any form ( live or prerecorded ) should be banned on the Federal No call List. To even consider this exception is a major rejection of the premise on which toe No-Call list is based People on the list do not want to be intruded upon by telemarketers. Recorded messages are the worst form and are particularly irritating. Stephen Anderson
