Sirs: The No-Call list is giving consumers what they desire; the ability to not receive unsolicited phone calls. Rather than expand the exemption which will result in more phone calls, thus counter to the concept of the no-call list, there are two simple alternatives that should be considered instead. 1. The company that desires to contact 'existing relationship' customers can entice those existing customers to sign up to recieve calls from that company on a case by case basis. This puts the burden where it belongs - on the company - and gives freedom of choice to the consumer where they can pick and chose which 'existing relationships' they want to foster. 2. Rather than try to harmonize the FTC rules to the FCC rules, may I suggest the FCC harmonize their exemption to the FTC rules, thus closing this annoying loophole. Respectfully, Mr. Wright, Missouri, USA
