Comments:
Why is an unwanted telephone call made by a computer being treated differently than one made by a human being? The whole point of the recent telemarking restrictions, which included activating a "no call" list, was to give consumers a way to AVOID UNWANTED TELEPHONE CALLS. Unsolicited telephone calls are NOT more attractive or special because they are initiated by a computer and contain a pre-recorded message.
