Comments:
I oppose the proposed changes to the do-not-call rules which would allow recorded messages. I do not want anyone to call my home for the purpose of selling or soliciting contributions. I have the right to this privacy and freedom from intrusion in my own home. The reason people don't answer most calls is that they spent extra money to get caller ID and answering machines to avoid talking to or hearing from solicitors. We don't want them to call in the first place.
