As a homeowner, I signed up for the "Do Not Call" list, however I still receive several nonsolicited calls. I do not want anymore, do not allow prerecorded calls an exemption. There are already too many exemptions. If I want a service, I will look up a number and call it. If I want to donate, I will do so through work, church, or look up a number and make a call. I do not want more nonsolicited calls to my home. Stop making it easier on the telemarketers, they prey upon the weak, they manage to annoy all others.
