|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:Please do not allow this amendment to pass. The fact that a large number of people have signed the No Call registry should indicate that people do not want their home invaded with unsolicited advertising calls. The fact that they have an existing business relationship is not sufficient reason to allow additional advertising calls. These calls interrupt household routines, naps, etc. for the convenience of business advertising strategies. My telephone service that I pay for is for my convenience, communication and welfare. Please do not pass this amendment.
