I find this a complete invasion of ones privacy. Just because I have "an established business relationship" with a company, because I happen to have their credit card or have bought something from them in the past, that means they can have their computers call me and harrass me? I don't believe this would be a very wise idea. I value my time at home with very few phone calls. I don't need or want any unsolicited phone calls, and that is exactly what these would be.
