Comments:
I strongly object to the proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. I have signed on the National Do Not Call Registry and therefore expect not to be contacted at home by telemarketers. I am relying on the FTC to protect the Registry from the many ways in which companies will try to weaken it in order to reach consumers. Stand Strong for the people, FTC!
