If the caller has an established business relationship, then the call should be in person, not prerecorded. We have a right to privacy and unsolicited calls to cell and home phones violates that right. We pay for these communication services ; the caller does not. Cell phone users pay for minutes used in both making and receiving calls. Will the FTC pay for these minutes??
