This is an absurd proposal that will water down the effective ban on unsolicited "spam" telephone calls. Being on the "Do Not Call" list has been a welcome relief from the invasion of privacy previously experienced by the public. DO NOT DO THIS !!! Instead, seek an equally effective "Do Not E-MAIL" list that will curtail the over 200 unwanted spam e-mails that I receive daily!
