I cannot believe you are considering a loophole in the Do Not Call Registry to allow prerecorded sales pitches. It was annoying enough to be interrupted at dinner time by a live voice let alone a recorded message. If I want to be informed of a product or service I will initiate the contact. Please do not allow this loophole, we do not need the aggravation.
