I do not feel that the prerecorded message telemarketing should be allowed. It would be worse than the actual call. You come home expecting a nice message only to learn your entire space has been filled with some recorded message that you had no choice to hang up on. Talk about invasion of privacy,or is that a thing of the past. Is there no privacy anymore. I would hope the FTC would not even consider this.
