I emphaticaly oppose the loophole allowing companies to deliver prerecorded message telemarketing!! A pre-recorded message is still an uninvited, illegall invasion of my privacy. It is tantamount to a person calling me. Allowing the pre-recorded message compromises and violates the intent and spirit of the Do Not Call List Law. The extrordinarylty high numbers listee's shows the overwhelming support and validity for the Do Not Call List Law. NO to any loopholes of any kind. Thank you for your attention.
