Do NOT amend the telemarketing sales rule. Do NOT CHANGE the existing Do Not Call Registry. It is working well now. Do not permit companies to send recorded telemarketing messeges or any other message. I do not want opt out I want opt in. Let them mail me a letter asking if I want to recieve their message. Put the burden on them not me.
