Please DO NOT LOOSEN RULES for Do Not Call. Also, you may be interested to know that my husband and I received a solicitation e-mail at 4:30 a.m. this morning from the following number (phone/fax): 1-888-346-9432. Needless to say, I was not pleased, especially since I had some minor dental surgery that day and was in a sound sleep. We have a message on our phones to not solicit. It has cut down on messages considerably. Now we need to eliminate the fax messages also. Thank you.
