I strongly oppose any amendments loosening provisions of the Do Not Call List. I especially oppose any amendments providing more call abandonment safe harbor to those companies with pre-recorded messages. Please do not allow the Direct Marketing Association to deluge us with the telephone equivalent of spam; deny its petition.
