Re Amendment to TSR: please do not amend by 'watering down' any restrictions on telemarketing calls by telemarketers to people on the do-not-call lists. Telemarketing calls should be an 'opt-in' situation, with substantial, guaranteed incentives by telemarketers, if permitted at all. Thank you
