I feel a recorded message is the same "invasion of privacy" as that by a live person. Companies have already worked around this invasion by leaving a message for me to call them if I am interested in what ever they are selling, etc. There is no way I can complain about them, because I do not have a name or a number (unless I call them). I have been on the Florida "do not call" list for years and the above practice is still an invasion of my privacy. It is usually a rotary call and frequently there is no answer at all if I am home to receive the call. The purpose of this act was clearly made and there should be no changes.
