Please do not put an end to the peace and happiness we have enjoyed since the Do Not Call list has been in effect. We feel comfortable in answering our phone now since we know it won't be an unwanted caller. To allow recorded tele-marketing messages, even from people we have done business with, will fill our answering machines with unwanted spam. It is bad enough that it has become so invasive on the internet. We certainly do not want to have the same situation on the phone. The Do Not Call list has been a wonderful success story for the FTC - better than I even hoped it would be. Please don't allow the amendments.
