I do not know who the person was that came up with the idea that prerecorded messages were less annoying than live people, but they must have a screw loose in their head. I signed up for the DO NOT CALL list because I do not want be called by either a real person or a machine. I see you do not have a free phone number that senior citizens without a computer can use to protest this change in your rules. WHY??
